Monday Morning or Afternoon- Portrait Painting Class in Oil

Portraiture is one of the most exciting subjects and, for the realist painter; there is the added challenge of getting a likeness.

In this class students work from life with a variety of interesting models and are given enough time to develop each portrait.

The fundamental principles of traditional painting such as materials, composition, tonal relationships etc are all covered whilst exploring this wonderful subject.

All levels are welcome.

Lee studied classical painting and drawing at the Florence Academy of Art in Italy.

She is an Alice Bale Travelling Scholarship Winner (1993), and a member of the Twenty Melbourne Painters Society. Lee has over twenty years teaching experience.
